Baseball keeps track of a stat called game winning RBI.  A player will be awarded this stat if they hit the RBI that ends up winning the game. I find this stat arbitrary and am interested in all  instances when players knock in runs putting their team ahead.  I call these clutch game winning hit situations and count them.   A player will be awarded this stat every time he puts his team ahead by one or more runs.   He only gets one credit for each occurrence.  More than one of these can be awarded per game and at least one will be awarded each game.   Players on the losing end of a game can earn these too.

A stat like this can only be derived by traversing event data.  Below is a list of the top 30 players and how many times they put their teams ahead with a clutch RBI for the 2013 season.
